My first painting with those oils was a portrait of Dean Martin. I can remember winning a few awards, and I was asked to help with art in class and school activities. I doodled and drew a lot. Mike this is a lovely covered bridge. I recently did plein air painting there with the Alabama Plein Air painters. I can't wait to see you painting. I did mine from the opposite side of the covered bridge. Also painted the Grist Mill the first day. This is a wonderful old historical site and should be preserved. You captured a marvelous photo of the bridge and I look forward to seeing your artwork of it. Favorite list of mine
